St Monica’s weekly notes:

Well done to our Adult men’s team who held out for a one point win over St Vincent’s on Sunday in the Joy cup. 

Busy weekend lies ahead as we have seven teams involved in club action. 

On Saturday our minor ladies play Man O War at 15:00 on the back pitch, U13 girls are away to St Vincent’s at 16:00, U12 girls are home to St Sylvester’s at 13:00 while our U11 boys are away to Round Towers Lusk at 11:00 also on Saturday our U13 hurlers play St Jude’s at 15:00 on Springdale Road. Both men’s teams are in action on Sunday first up our AFL 4 play St Vincent’s away at 10:30 while in the afternoon at 15:00 our AFL 11 travel to St Margaret’s, best wishes to all our players and respective management teams. 

G4G coaches are bringing the girls to Parnell Park on Sunday 28th for the Dublin v Cork NFL game if any parent is available to lend a hand with supervision can they let Patricia Monahan know. 

There was no winner of our club lotto draw for Thursday February 18th numbers drawn out were 1-15-20 the Jackpot was valued at €1350. Reminder that lotto tickets for this week’s draw can be purchased each evening from 5pm from our club-house at the weekends from 12 noon. 

Our annual Mother’s Day Event will take place on Sunday March 6th; tickets are once again priced at €15 which includes dinner, dessert, tea & coffee along with DJ musical entertainment in the afternoon followed by live music with PULSE from 8pm to late. Annual membership subscriptions both full and social are now due for payment. Information on 2016 rates can be viewed on our club website members can also download forms from the site.
